The Self-Healing Workshop

My Group Reiki classes (5–10 people) begin with grounding meditation and intention setting. You’ll learn simple Reiki techniques for self-healing that you can practice at home. I also provide mini individual Reiki treatments for gentle clearing and energy boosts. Each session is designed to leave you balanced, refreshed, and inspired with tools to continue your own healing journey.
