As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I hold a trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered foundation that honors psychological safety and emotional regulation. Rooted in my Indigenous lineage and spiritual practices, I integrate breathwork, intuitive guidance, energy awareness, and earth-based healing to support transformation at both the soul and somatic level.
