How It Works

1

Client Books Virtual Session

When a client books a virtual session, Flowdara automatically creates a Zoom meeting.

2

Meeting Details Generated

Meeting link, password, and dial-in information are automatically generated.

3

Client Receives Information

Meeting details are included in the client's confirmation email and calendar invite.

4

Session Conducted

Both you and your client can join the meeting using the provided link.

Troubleshooting

Authorization failed

Make sure you're logged into the correct Zoom account and try again. Clear your browser cache if needed.

Meetings not being created

Check that your Zoom integration is still connected in Settings → Integrations. Reconnect if necessary.

Clients not receiving meeting links

Verify that your session is set to "Virtual" type and that Zoom is selected as your video provider.

Integration disconnected

Go to Settings → Integrations and click "Setup" again to reconnect your Zoom account.
