Learn how to view, reschedule, and cancel your appointments through your client portal.

Viewing Your Appointments

Step 1
Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your client portal
  • Go to your practitioner's booking page
  • Click 'Client Portal' or 'Log In'
  • Enter your email and password
  • You'll see your dashboard with upcoming appointments
Step 2
View Appointment Details
See all information about your sessions
  • Click on any appointment to view details
  • See date, time, and duration
  • View service name and description
  • Check location (in-person or virtual)
  • See meeting link if virtual session
  • View payment status

Rescheduling Appointments

Step 1
Find Your Appointment
Locate the appointment you want to reschedule
  • Go to Dashboard → Sessions tab
  • Find the appointment in your list
  • Click on the appointment to view details
Step 2
Click Reschedule
Start the rescheduling process
  • Click the 'Reschedule' button
  • You'll see available time slots
  • Browse dates and times
  • Select a new time that works for you
Step 3
Confirm New Time
Complete the rescheduling
  • Review your new appointment time
  • Confirm the reschedule
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Your calendar will be updated automatically

Cancelling Appointments

Step 1
Find Your Appointment
Locate the appointment you want to cancel
  • Go to Dashboard → Sessions tab
  • Find the appointment you want to cancel
  • Click on the appointment to view details
Step 2
Click Cancel
Start the cancellation process
  • Click the 'Cancel' button
  • Review cancellation policy and refund information
  • Confirm you want to cancel
Step 3
Receive Confirmation
Get confirmation of your cancellation
  • You'll see a confirmation message
  • Receive email confirmation
  • Refund processed automatically if applicable
  • Appointment removed from your calendar

More than 48 hours before

100% refund

Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance

24-48 hours before

50% refund

Partial refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before session

Less than 24 hours before

No refund

Cannot cancel less than 24 hours before session

Tips for Managing Appointments

Reschedule Early

Reschedule as soon as you know you need to change your appointment to get the best time slots

Check Your Email

You'll receive email confirmations for all changes - check your spam folder if needed

Know the Policy

Familiarize yourself with cancellation policies to avoid unexpected charges

Set Reminders

Add appointments to your personal calendar to avoid missing sessions

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't find reschedule option

Make sure you're logged in and viewing the Sessions tab. Some appointments may not be reschedulable if they're too soon.

No available time slots

Your practitioner may be fully booked. Try selecting a different date range or contact them directly.

Cancellation button disabled

You cannot cancel appointments less than 24 hours before the session. Contact your practitioner directly for urgent changes.

Didn't receive confirmation email

Check your spam folder. If still not received, verify your email address in your profile settings.
