How to Create Your Account

Step 1
Book Your First Session
Create your account during the booking process
  • Visit your practitioner's booking page
  • Select a service and choose a time slot
  • During checkout, you'll see an option to create an account
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Complete your booking and payment

Verify Your Email
Check your email for a verification link
  • Check your inbox for an email from Flowdara
  • Click the verification link in the email
  • Your account will be activated automatically
  • You can now log in to your client portal

Log In to Your Portal
Access your client portal dashboard
  • Go to your practitioner's booking page
  • Click 'Client Portal' or 'Log In' in the header
  • Enter your email and password
  • You'll be taken to your dashboard

Complete Your Profile
Add your information for a personalized experience
  • Go to the Profile tab in your portal
  • Add your first and last name
  • Update your phone number
  • Set your communication preferences
  • Your email is already set and cannot be changed

Do I need to create an account?

No, account creation is optional. You can book sessions without an account, but creating one gives you access to manage your appointments, view history, and more.

What if I forget my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Can I change my email address?

For security reasons, your email address cannot be changed after account creation. Contact support if you need to update it.
