How to Update Your Profile
- Log in to your client portal
- Click on the 'Profile' tab
- Or click 'Manage Profile' from the dropdown menu
- You'll see all your profile information
- Click the 'Edit' button or click on editable fields
- Update your first name, last name, or phone number
- Note: Email address cannot be changed
- Make sure information is accurate
- Click 'Save' button
- Wait for confirmation message
- Your changes are saved immediately
- Your practitioner will see updated information
