Protect your energy with daily and weekly caps.
Set optional maximums for how many 1:1 sessions can be booked per calendar day and per week (Monday through Sunday). When a limit is reached, that day or week stops accepting new bookings so you never accidentally overfill. You can optionally exclude intro sessions from the count.

When a day or week is full, clients cannot book more 1:1 sessions until the next window opens.
Recovery time and a join link that just works.
Set buffer minutes before and after each 1:1 so you are not booked back-to-back without a pause. For virtual sessions, use Google Meet or Zoom so clients receive a clear join link in their confirmation and on the calendar.
