Flowdara does not currently support HIPAA covered entities or practitioners who need to operate as one. For example, when billing or accepting reimbursement through health insurance in a way that triggers HIPAA covered-entity obligations. The platform is not HIPAA compliant for those use cases, and we do not offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
